Hi All, are your ICU's still using the Metabolic Cart study? We have been using a NICO that measures VCO2 and then we convert that to REE. However, we can find no studies to valid the accuracy of this and the company that manufactures the NICO won't comment on it because it is an off label use. Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks, Karen
