ICU DIETITIANS:

Your immediate participation is requested. Please take a moment to
complete this brief survey (5-10 minutes). It was designed for
registered dietitians who currently work in or provide coverage to an
adult intensive care unit. You may complete the survey yourself and
please forward the link on to other dietitians you may know in the
field.

The survey is being conducted by a graduate student at New York
University. Your participation will be greatly appreciated, as a
minimum number of responses must be received for results to be
