Since we will be using BYOND as our primary development and deployment
solution, we will also be using their Guild implementation.
Part of that involves project member rankings and permissions based on
those ranks.
Four the dev team the ranks are pretty simple: Developer and Dev Lead.
The key difference? Developers can manage the files of the guild. Dev
Leads can do so as well, but may also add games to the guild.
Additional ranks will include Public Relations (think Community teams
in most MMOs), Play-tester, and perhaps a few others.
