Hey guys so I have a video I'm trying to throw on Instagram (IGTV). The actual file itself is completely fine. Got the file size down to around 180 MB from 1 GB, and the audio sync is perfect in any desktop or mobile player. The issue is that when I upload it to Instagram, the audio goes waaay out of sync and is completely unusable. I've had this exact issue before, but was able to fix it by clicking around on different settings and now I can't remember what I did.

L: Tap the audio track name in the bottom left of a reel. M: From the audio track view, you can tap the Use Audio button to start a new reel with that audio track. R: The camera view with the selected audio track indicated.

Audio If you have a personal or creator account on Instagram, you'll be able to add trendy music to your videos. Business accounts are unable to add audio to their Reels due to copyright infringement. However, business accounts can use original audio within their video.
