Hi Guys,

I am having some doubts about the design of the vector and the placement of sgRNA in the vector.

We plan to send soon the samples for sequencing but we want to determine the proper sequencing strategy.

We want to know if someone has experience with Mouse CRISPR Metabolic Gene Knockout Library (Pooled Library #160129) library and what parameters they used for sequencing?

If the sgRNA is located next to P5, we have indexes on p7 side we will use pair end to be able to obtain sgRNA seq and also index seq.
