Mammalian vector expression

Hello all, 

Did anyone try transfection of pCMV-AN-HA vector with an insert of gene of interest in A549 cells? If yes, what reagent did you use for transfection?

I failed with expression of my target gene in this vector in A549 cells using Lipofectamine 2000 but it worked in HEK 293T cells.
