Lentiviral Production for Gecko library

Hi everyone

Hope all of you are doing well. I wanted to ask about the recommended passage number range for HEK293T cells when performing lentiviral production with the GeCKO library. I have HEK293T with passage number 50. I have tested their transfection efficiency using pLJM1 vector which gives 50-60% efficiency, but little worried that will these cells will get easilt transfected with Gecko library. I am using half library.

I have no prior experience with this type of screening, so your guidance would be greatly appreciated.  Could you please share your experience regarding the optimal passage number to ensure good viral titer and transduction efficiency?
