gRNA forward and reverse primer

Hi,
Quick question. Does it matter if my sequence is on the forward or reverse strand? My gRNA is being designed for the reverse strand of DNA, does this sequence have to be put in as the reverse oligo in my gRNA sequence? Because the reverse strand is 3'-5', and the forward oligo reads 5'-3', does that matter?
