Can somebody please inform me how to sequence the Multi-Lenti-CRISPR plasmid? The Cao et al. 2016 paper says they sequenced the guides to ensure they were inserted properly, but the was no mention of which primers they used.

I assume I can just use the guide sequences as primers, but someone correct me if I'm wrong.
