GFP based Cas9 Activity Assay

Howdy all,

I recently heard of a relatively straight forward GFP based assay to determine the Cas9 activity in cells that have been transduced to express your favorite Cas9.  

The assay plasmid contains both an U6-sgRNA targeting GFP, and a GFP expression cassette in it.  I wrote this plasmid down as PXR011, but I am having problems finding it on addgene.  

If anyone has the correct Addgene ID for this plasmid, I would greatly appreciate it.
