Hello,
Does lentiviral overexpression of a gene is higher than endogenous level in knockout cell line? I searched a lot but i couldn't find any related article about this issue. Could anybody help in this issue.

Hi Rashu,
This depends on what promoter you have used and also where the Gene integrated in the genome.
Usually people use CMV promoter for gene which leads to higher expression.
