Cloning Spacer between two direct repaeats.

Hello,

I've noticed a sequence labeled "Terminator" post the second direct repeat in some Addgene plasmids during spacer cloning between two DRs. Can anyone shed light on the relevance and necessity of this sequence? Any insights would be valuable.
