Hello All,
I have been attempting prime editing following the premise in this paper.
Search-and-replace genome editing without double-strand breaks or donor DNA
A. V. Anzalone, P. B. Randolph, J. R. Davis, A. A. Sousa, L. W. Koblan, J. M. Levy, et al
I have transfected into Vero cells using Turbofect however after I did NGS sequencing on the transfection supernatent, done of them seem to show the edited base as being present. Any ideas as to why? could it be the cell line
