Hi CRISPRians!

This is Ahmed Elwakeel, a post-doc at the University of Cambridge.

How Can I generate Lentiviral particles for my focused gRNA library (100 gene) using the LentiCRISPRv2 system? Is there a protocol?

I can do monogenic KO using tye LentiCRISPRv2 system, but I want to conduct a CRISPR screen using a focused Library of 100 genes.
