Hi,

The upload of my files works (expect for my biggest file .fasta.gz file, which is 402 879 KB), but then when I click 'Upload and check files', I get the message 'Disconnected from the server'. Then I installed CRISPRAnalyzeR using Docker hoping that this would solve this issue, but it didn't help. I also tried it with the example files posted on the web page, but also with these files I get the same error. Does anyone know

1) Why my biggest file cannot be uploaded?

2) What causes the disconnection from the server?

I have the same issue !!

I uploaded txt files, but still have a connection problem.
