Dear all,

CRISPRAnalyzeR is now available for a local installation via Docker.

Please have a look at our Github page (and the README of course) to learn how you can get CRISPRAnalyzeR!

It is still a release candidate and all descriptions are not fully done yet.

In case you have question, please drop me an email, write here or just raise an issue.

Best
Jan

Update!

Dear Users,

I am making a new Docker built of the CRISPRAnalyzeR which fits the updated Readme on the Github Repo.
The new build will be version 1.07 and should be up by Tuesday morning CEST.

Sorry for the issues with last built :)

I appreciate any kind of feedback, so don't hesitate to contact me.

cheers
Jan

Update!

Dear all,

I uploaded a new build to docker.

Please note: You MIGHT experience issues with the Report and Hit Confirmation with this build!

I am working on a fix (already know whats wrong), and will let you know once it is finished.
Sorry for that, but I need more time to get this done properly so that it works flawlessly within the docker environment.

Best
Jan

Hey Jan,

I hope you are doing well. I have been trying for a couple of days to analyse my data using CRISPRanalyzer. I was able to upload it and analyse it but sgRNA re-evaluation has not been possible. Can you please help me? I tried to send an email via DKFZ mail, but it said your inbox was full.
Without sgRNA evaluation I cannot perform gene dependent analysis, can you please help me with this issue?

Regards,

Vineet
