Dear all,

please make sure to update to the latest version as the Ensembl database received some changes yesterday, which render the Hit Confirmation section unavailable!

I adapted CRISPRAnalyzeR to the changes and pushed version 1.141 to Docker.

Please get it using `docker pull boutroslab/crispranalyzer:latest` or using kitematic.
