sgRNA Re-Evaluation stalled at 50%

Hey,

I performed a CRISPR KO screen and used the CRISPRAnalyzer platform. My analysis is being done correctly (I checked independently as well). But after the analysis the sgRNA re-evaluation gets stuck at 50% always. I do not know what could be the reason, I have tried to do it multiple times  and using different stable internet connections. Does anyone have any ideas?
