no technical replicate

Hi,

We are trying to analyze a single independent experiment with four different groups.  We are able to start the crispr analyzer, but when the analysis is finished, the program says the EdgeR analysis cannot be completed without a technical replicate and we cannot see any of the data.  I saw when I was uploading the data that the program says that I can perform an analysis without a technical replicate.  I was wondering if there are any settings that need to be changed to perform an analysis without a technical replicate?  Thanks
