EdgeR Analysis Failed

I am trying to run CRISPR-AnalyzeR but the analysis keeps failing at the EdgeR analysis.  I keep receiving the following error when I run local (:latest) or over the website:

 

"EdgeR analysis cannot be completed without a technical replicate."

 

I am running the program with 12 technical replicates per group and still seeing this error.  I have tried to change the number of replicates per group and still encounter the issue.  I am using a custom CRISPR library with 133 sgRNA and have loaded readcounts derived from CRISPR-AnalyzeR mapping/alignment (.txt files) for analysis.  The counts look good for all of the replicates.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?  If any logs are needed, please let me know where to find them and I would be happy to send.
