Program stalled at 91%

Hi,

I am trying to analise fastq files obtained with the GeCKOv2 library.

When I upload the files, the program always stalls at 91 % when is in the process of "Creating FASTQ Quality Report"

I have tried with different files, but no change.

Any help?.

Hi Rafael,

please untick the FASTQ Quality report available in the data upload settings.

When my PhD is done I will implement another tool, but until this is done the only workaround is to disable the FASTQ qulity report.
