Hi, 
I want to use this tool to analyze my data. I followed the instruction you posted online and configured the docker (also adjust port to 8000). I could open this page http://localhost:8000/CRISPRAnalyzeR/ at the beginning. Then I uploaded my own data and run it. After a while, the page showed me it disconnected to the server and remind me to reload. I clicked the reload but with not response. So I restart it and adjust the port to 8000 again. But this time I got this information "ERROR: An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification." when I copy http://localhost:8000/CRISPRAnalyzeR/ to webbrowser. Could you help me fix this issue.

hi Shengbao,

sorry to hear that the undelrying shiny-server is crashing.
This happens in the case somethig happens that I did not think off before, so that it is not handled by the error managment I implemented.

Please do me the following favour:

Start the docker container und upload your data
Click the check upload button 
After it crashed, reload the webpage again
go to About CRISPRAnalyzeR and click on the "Download Logs" button

Please send me the zip file to jan.w...@dkfz-heidelberg.de

I will then have a look and tell you waht is wrong.

By the way:
As a first try, go and select the EXAMPLE Screen TRAIL library or Fintess library
Then there is a red box showing up below, click there to download the Sample data
Try the sample data as well and see if it crashes (which should not be the case).
