If you can persuade ATT, T-Mobile, Verizon, SPRINT to help, we need
reduced cost ROAMING, Phone-Unlock, instant temporary towers for Smart
World Phones (much is 850MHz) in Haiti. At best we need to get at
least temporary roaming agreements with the three cellular companies
Digicel, Comcel and Haitel (see prior note
