Confusion about site functions`

I just signed up for the account but it isn't accepting my Username or
password.

When I click "forgot your password" it simply sends me a link to the
same login (http://name.crowdmap.com/login ) page but doesn't allow
me to reset the password.

If I go to the link http://name.crowdmap.com/admin/settings specified
in a previous email it just takes me to the login page.

I don't see how to change the location of the map off Nairobi, either?
