[Restoring Greatness]

Good morning everyone. This is the first deployment of Crowdmap. I
hope this topic properly fits the term "Crisis", but I believe we have
a crisis with Education in our Country. The purpose of
theartofrestoringgreatness.com (please visit and sign up for the
newsletter) is to gather information from around the country and the
world regarding how to improve our Education System to be more
democratic, teacher involved, parent involved and community involved.
I also believe that getting a fine education should not be just for
the wealthy, what I would term the "Rich to Yale" pipeline. Another
key point for me is that out current system teaches to the normal
curve and does not take into account the special differences/gifts we
all have. Lastly, there are best practices, opinions from all over
the world that I would like to hear about.
Here are some questions for you A) how do you feel about the topic b)

question d) what are best practices for state of the art school
systems that you have seen (US/Other) e) what does it look like? f)
If you had total say on where our tax dollars were spent in Education,
