Including non-profit management experts in Governance conference calls

It may be helpful to invite professionals whose hearts and minds
aren't invested in this project to participate in the Governance
conversations.

It's impossible for an organization to make strategic decisions when
there is not a clear mission. First and foremost, we need a mission
statement. Someone who has started non-profits would really help the
founding members and the rest of us who got involved in January codify
our purpose.

Or, at the very least, I would suggest we all consult some guidance
and agree on what the finish line is for the Governance conference
calls.
