Couple quick Infra things...

Hey CCIWG,

Based on the call a couple weeks ago, as well as our pre-planned
activities for CCIWG, and some other governing-priorities, have culled
this into a 6-month plan, for your review/comments:

Note: I'm not saying how we deliver on some of this yet, but this
represents some tangible tasks, goals, and milestones to work towards
over the next 6 months (and other 'opportunities' can be injected into
the plan as you will see, and as long as we area also working toward
the prioritized items, this is cool). The CrisisCommons core team is
meeting this weekend to review 6 month plans from all the working
groups, and ours is best positioned to support/align some of their
efforts, as well as close some of the nagging outstanding issues.
And, in the spirit of the volunteer-engagement, we are looking to be
able to chunk work up into pieces so people can go and work on some
things and make some small wins with 1 or 2 hours a week (as opposed
to solving all the big problems at once), as well as support folks
that want to be engaged longer.

And per some outstanding items, I am working on the following (just an
update):
1. Still working to get wordpress site up at OSL. Need all of you to
test this weekend if we move forward (this will be your 15 minute
contribution to the community this week, smile).
2. Getting us dev space at OSL for the Skype/IRC Logging project we
discussed (after I get #1, so really waiting on that).
3. I owe a view/summary of the OSL technology stack, our work intake
and submission process, and bringing vision together to support that
for the extended CCIWG team. Still need to deliver on this, will be a
wiki page I will distribute.
