Possibly missing page on website

Dear all!

I'm in the throes of editing the wiki article
http://wiki.crisiscommons.org/wiki/How_to_run_a_CrisisCamp and have
encountered a link to the main site that does not seem to exist. The
missing link (sorry) is http://www.crisiscommons.org/organize-a-crisis-camp
. Does anyone recall this page at all please?

Could easily have been there earlier - I would just delete the page from the wiki, I suspect there are a lot of dead links...

The context is "At that point, if you would like to proceed with running a Crisis Camp, please fill out this form on CrisisCommons.org to apply for approval to run your Camp."

I shall not delete the page from the wiki, it is a useful article. I will, however, delete the requirement to seek approval from "mothership" before running a CrisisCamp.

A lot of this would be good to harden for the 'crisiscamp in a box' model being developed over next couple months (start 09/25), and developing more in the process, with a set of reusable and consistent templates too, ala inabox camp model.  We can add all the todos like this to project list heatherTO started under infra to support cciab.
