I know you're all busy with the oilspill response at the moment, so this is just a fyi / if you have some spare time thing...
 
I've started a wikisite analysis page at http://wiki.crisiscommons.org/wiki/CrisisCommonsWiki_Analysis - I was doing the same thing for CDAC and thought it might help to do for us too.  It's got "what is this site for" and a start on some user journeys so we can work out where the heavy traffic / traffic that we'd like to see coming in is.  Any additions to / comments on this would be welcome.

Sara, Fantastic thinking on wiki structure and user experiences. I have been starting to flesh out the various volunteer experiences under the community pages. I will keep your ideas in mind as we model member/volunteer experiences.

I really need 8 more hours in the day to really contribute more.
