Does anyone know who is working on WeHaveWeNeed Exchange?

I have sent a message to the "help@" email address on the site, as
have others, but have not received a response. Now others are looking
to get involved in this. Is someone from LA working this now, and if
so, is there a place I can get updated status on this project, and
have conversations about future enhancements?
