I have received from someone I worked with and who is currently
working in Haiti on the relief effort a copy of Initial Rapid
Assessment (IRA) spreadsheet, including associated documentation. I
wonder if that could be of use to one of the projects managed by
CrisisCommons. If there is interest, please contact me directly.

Additional information on the spreadsheet. This was actually prepared
for IASC (Inter-Agency Standing Committee) by GHC and HNTS. The form
can be used for collecting Health, Nutrition and WASH Cluster
information and generating related reports. It's has documentation
both in English and French.
