Claude (Paris) had problems with the phone numbers that we will get
fixed before the Paris camp next weekend.

There will be another all-Europe call next Saturday at the same time;
I'll be joining this from Paris CrisisCamp. I hope to see more of you

Meanwhile, the OSM guys have given us an answer on Claire's question
about how to find OSM experts in e.g. Turkey; it's in the notes above,
but the basic answer is that if you sign up to OpenStreetMap, you'll
be able to see a list of other OpenStreetMappers near you.
