What are people basing the taxonomies on? I'm in the process of
reviewing the Pict-o-speak.mm, and was wanting to pick up one of the
areas that hasn't been done yet.

We've done work on Agriculture, food, health, protection, and
education. Water/sanitation might be a good place to start. How does
that sound?
