Next steps:
Yes - I’d be happy to help, but would want to know a bit more information about what exactly is needed. Perhaps a quick call with a project lead would be the most efficient way to do this. Please let me know when you can.
All the best,
Hunter

In order to create the most meaningful use cases/scenarios, it would
be good to list out, in fairly concrete terms, who are the key user
groups, what are the benefits they might derive from using this, and
what tasks they might do here. It would also help to briefly identity
how this compares/contrasts to other feed aggregators/information
resources that the key user groups currently rely upon. That info may
be out there already, but the more distilled, specific and easy to
find in one place it is, the better.
there are some general user testing questions to ask that can be re-
purposed from the examples in the Google CC UX Group...and I'm already
speculating about more specific types of questions revolving around
visually organizing the information, customization, categorization,
sort and filtering of the feeds for maximum usefulness. Ideally, we
can identify people representing the key user groups and ask them some
questions about the viewing, slicing and dicing of all this info.
Just some initial ideas and suggestions. Thoughts?
