For all installers, just a few clicks is necessary to finish your installation, and start your one-stop commissioning with your fingertips. FusionSolar app is your most handy power wizard to deploy all.

Hello, I have 8 of these batteries with my off grid system (along with 2 Quattro 10k Inverters, 5 150/60 charge controllers, 28 550W panels). I can't figure out how to modify the default charge current limit set in the batteries (which is 15amps). I have a Hauwai ECC500, which is a BMS for these batteries. The manual of the batteries says I should be able to connect my computer to the BMS and login with this Enspire software. Screenshot of instructions from manual below. I'm able to get connected to the BMS and login (screen shot below), but the menu items are totally different, and more importantly, there is no access to the charge current limits of the batteries. Anyone have a clue how to do this? My installer doesn't know, we are trying to get help from the supplier, but not luck so far. I have struck out so far trying to get help directly from Huawei. I'm in Guatemala, so I guess this is why I ended up with these batteries. I didn't know any better. Thank you!

When compatible batteries are connected, the battery controls charge rates, discharge rates. Correct values should be set in the multi, in case there's a problem with the Comms between the BMS and multi.

I have 4 Huawei 48100A batteries on a Muliplus 5000 with CCGX, MPPT and 4 kW Fronius, and later i added a BMV700. Found slight improvement in performance and monitoring after i added the BMV. Only problem i get is High Voltage spikes when grid fails and the Battery BMS may shut the battery down, not always. It does reset and the system starts up but it is an irritation.

I am now looking into accessing the BMS via its Modbus port and the USB/Modbus converter on the CCGX for the ET112 meter. Raspberry Pi picks up all the devices connected (even the Fronius meter that is connected to the Fronius via modbus) so hoping once i figure out the modbus i will give it a try.

I have an app that listens for notifications via NotificationListenerService. My app survives both the Doze mode and app stand by on almost any phone (if properly set-up e.g. exception or a foreground service).

Then come the Huawei and Xiaomi with their own modifications of Android to "improve battery life". These can mess with background running apps so badly that after a week or two the app must be reinstalled. Even clearing data will not "unfreeze" the app. Even exceptions to their own "optimizations" does not reliably fix this. Only completely disabling all their optimizations e.g. enabling "high performance mode" might fix this. But users do not want to disable these options.

Yes Xiaomi, Huawei and a few other manufacturers have their own layer of "Battery Saver" or "Security" that kills or restricts background running apps in order to improve security/battery backup, unless user white-lists your app in the relevant device settings.

Also, you can always show a popup to user after installation asking him/her to go and white-list your app in battery saver. In Xiaomi, the user will need to select 'Do not restrict background activity' and also enable 'Auto Start' for your app. As far as i know, there is no other solution.

[Chiba, Japan, December 1, 2016] Huawei announced a major breakthrough in its research into Li-ion batteries, unveiling the world's first long-lifespan graphene-assisted Li-ion battery able to withstand high temperatures. The announcement was made by Watt Laboratory, an organization under Huawei's Central Research Institute, at the 57th Battery Symposium held in Japan.

Huawei's research results show that new graphene-assisted heat-resistant technologies allow Li-ion batteries to remain functional in a 60C environment, a temperature 10C higher than the existing upper limit. The lifespan of the graphene-assisted Li-ion batteries will also be twice as long as ordinary Li-ion batteries.

Dr. Yangxing Li, Chief Scientist at Watt Laboratory, pointed out that three technologies contributed to the breakthrough in the graphene-assisted high-temperature Li-ion battery. First, a special additive in the electrolytes can remove trace water and prevent the electrolytes from decomposition in high temperatures. Second, modified large-crystal NMC materials are used for the cathode, improving the thermal stability of the cathode powder. Third, graphene allows for more efficient cooling of the Li-ion battery.

Dr. Li said, "We have performed charging and discharging tests in a high-temperature environment. The tests show that when working parameters are the same, the graphene-assisted high-temperature Li-ion battery is 5C cooler than ordinary Li-ion batteries. Over 70% of the graphene-assisted battery's capacity is left after it is recharged 2,000 times at a temperature of 60C. Less than 13% of its capacity is lost after being kept in a 60C environment for 200 days."

Huawei's research results will reshape the storage systems of communications base stations. In high-temperature regions, outdoor base stations powered by the graphene-assisted high-temperature Li-ion batteries can have working lifespans longer than four years. These batteries ensure a high mileage for electric vehicles per charge in high temperatures. They can also guarantee the safe operation of drones, which often generate a significant amount of heat.

At the 56th Battery Symposium also held in Japan in 2015, Huawei's Watt Laboratory revealed its quick charging technology, which recharges 48% of a 3000mAh battery in just 5 minutes. This technology turned many heads. According to Dr. Li, Huawei has commercialized the developed quick charging batteries and will announce a super-quick charging mobile phone in late December.

I went to the repair shop again and had it replaced AGAIN and same thing happened. The battery is stuck at 100% for hours before working properly. I was once charging my phone but I had to go outside. It was at 50% charge while charging but when I unplugged it, it suddenly became 100%.

Frustrated by the awful battery life of my iPhone 7, which would often lose charge in just a matter of hours, I decided to switch my iPhone 7 (and service provider, from Verizon to T-Mobile) for the Huawei Mate 10 Pro.

The main reason I decided to give up my iPhone was due to the poor battery life. After installing a few mandatory software updates, my recently purchased iPhone 7 started losing its charge very fast. Talking on the phone for just thirty minutes would drain half of my battery life. I found myself constantly having to walk around with a portable battery pack to keep a charge throughout the day.

That being said, the main reason I switched to The Huawei Mate 10 Pro is because it has a battery that is better then the majority of all other phones on the market. Huawei has packed a sizable 4000mAh cell into its Mate 10 Pro. Depending on phone usage, the Mate 10 Pro can last up to 24 hours or even a few days without having to be recharged.
