Dark Yugi is shocked by the revelation. Dark Marik explains that if Marik takes damage, his ego will be broken too much to recover. Yugi asks Dark Yugi to abandon what they are about to do and think of another plan. Just then, Rishid appears on the duel arena. Dark Marik is amused that Rishid is still alive, but tells that it's too late to try and push him back to Marik's sub-consciousness. Rishid begins to tell that their tragedy was brought by their fate as tomb guardians; it is what created the evil heart inside Marik. He knows that Marik is prepared to die to pay for his sins, but he argues that despite being led to darkness, Marik should continue living as a human being. Dark Marik tells him to shut up as Marik begins to regain his will to live. Rishid continues that there is no light in death, but only in life. With his one point of Life, Marik takes control of a piece of Dark Marik and tells Dark Yugi to attack Ra. Marik's new found resolve has cleared away his guilt and doubts. Dark Yugi is surprised about Marik's actions, but believes in him and goes to destroy Ra using the combined powers of "Dark Magician" and "Dark Magician Girl".
The user is a Dark Lord, a being of darkness usually seeks to rule or destroy the universe around them. A powerful evil being who viciously rules over lesser evil beings and desire to rule their respective existence and corrupt as well as destroy everything they touch. They possess malevolent abilities and often command fiendish minions. These individuals also love to seduce others to join their side and then use them for their own hellish purposes. Anyone can be a Dark Lord; some are human, many have demonic natures and certain holders of the title are actually manifestations of the Devil himself.

Can also trap someone in their own memories), Darkness Manipulation, Transmutation (Can transform dueling energy and/or darkness to recover stamina and heal her wounds), Regeneration (High-Mid, but not useful in combat. It takes many hours to regen), Dream Manipulation, Pocket Reality Manipulation, Teleportation (Can teleport herself and others in and out of pocket realms), Telekinesis, Invisibility, Intangibility, Creation (Can create objects out of thin air), Soul Manipulation, Reactive Evolution and Resurrection (If Yubel is killed or if she is BFR'd to another dimension, she can resurrect and heal herself instantly and evolve to an even more powerful form. She can do that up to two times), Reality Warping, Empathic Manipulation, Possession (Those Yubel possesses are her complete control but possess enhanced strength as a side effect), Spatial Manipulation, Summoning, Shapeshifting, Resistance to Mind Manipulation, Zombification (Can infect someone with darkness, turning them into fully obedient zombies), Can inflict any damage she would normally take to her opponent, Can seal her opponent's mind, body, and soul within another spirit or a Duel Monster's card, Can send someone to the Dark World to rot for eternity and banish them to the interval between time and space, Can fuse herself and virtually anything else, including entire worlds, together with Super Polymerization, Can survive in the vacuum of space, Power Granting, Disease Manipulation, Image Projection
