Iam seeing issues where the potential problem is that the on hand quantity is in on warehouse bin but the serial number (in the Serial Number Maintenance screen) says it is in another warehouse bin. This appears to make it so that we cannot transact against a particular serial number that is in a different bin than the on hand quantity.
One cause that we saw was a user needs to move a serialized inventory item from one bin/whse to another.
Instead of a transfer they open the serial number in serial number maintenance and change the Warehouse and Bin on the SN record. The qty is still in the first bin, but the serial now shows in the new bin.
For some projectors, it is possible to find the model name and serial number in the menu by following the steps below. This is especially helpful if the projector's model name and serial number label is unreadable or not accessible.
The serial number is located on the bottom plate of the car audio unit. It is not directly accessible, as shown in the pictures below. Should you need to know the serial number, it is advised to have the car audio unit removed from the car stereo slot by a specialised installer.
Powered by GS1 Standards, the Global Location Number (GLN) provides businesses the ability to know who is involved in transactions and where things are located throughout the supply chain. By uniquely identifying parties and locations, GLN helps with tracking products, optimizing processes, and providing greater visibility to transactions taking place around the world. GLN does for parties and locations what barcodes do for products.
There is a continued need for greater accountability, efficiency, and visibility along the supply chain. GLNs help take the confusion out of sharing important information about companies and locations.
The Global Location Number (GLN), together with the Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) and other GS1 Standards, creates a clear window into where and how your products move along the global supply chain.

Homemade boats require an affidavit from the applicant as to the origin of the boat and proof of the materials used in the construction of the boat (i.e., invoices from marine and hardware dealers for parts, etc.). Homemade boats are required to be inspected and issued an hull identification number (HIN) by a TPWD game warden.
It is illegal to possess or intentionally sell, offer for sale, or purchase a vessel or an outboard motor with a hull identification number or serial number that has been altered, defaced, mutilated, or removed. To acquire registration or title for a vessel or outboard motor with a serial number that has been altered, defaced, mutilated or removed, a sworn statement must be filed with TPWD describing the vessel or outboard motor, providing proof of legal ownership, and stating the reason for the destruction, removal, alteration or defacement of the number. This statement must be accompanied by a fee of $25.00 and an inspection certificate from a game warden stating the vessel or outboard motor has been inspected. This section does not apply to USCG Documented vessels.
Any boat with a permanently installed marine sanitation device (MSD) is required to obtain and MSD certification and display a certification decal if the boat is operated on any waters in Texas, including coastal waters up to three nautical miles. For certification and decal information contact the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) or call

@Lebberstondave @RXa: I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to locate the serial number on your washing machine. If it is not visible below the drum (as per the image in the 'Laundry' guide linked below) then please try checking the inside of the door, towards the bottom.
You may also wish to check your invoice/receipt to see if the relevant information can be found here. For further support, I recommend contacting Currys directly, to see if they have the serial number on record at their side.
The serial number is typically located on the back or side of the meter, near the bar code. Be sure to include all characters when registering. Extech meters are warrantied based on the purchase date. Because we sell mainly through distribution, proof of purchase may be requested.
If you get an Access Denied message when you try to login or register, or the page does not fully load, please check your Internet Security settings (ActiveX filtering must be disabled). Temporarily disable the network firewall to see if this helps. You can also try using a different browser such as Firefox ( ) or Chrome ( ).
If you still can't register your product, please submit a question and enter "I want to register a product" in the subject box. We can register your serial number manually or guide you to the correct registration page. Please include the product model name and serial number when submitting the question.

If you have any browsing or editing software, try this. Open one of the camera's images in the software. Click around on the toolbar and find something that says "information" or "properties" and click it. Click and scroll around some more until you see something like "EXIF Info" and click on it and see if it lists your camera's serial number. It may or may not but it's worth a try.
If you have Windows, try right clicking on the image file and clicking on "Properties" and scrolling around there for the same info. I believe there are some online sites where you can also access your EXIF data.
With the unit off, rest the blower on the back pads/shoulder straps and look between the fan housing and the black engine cover. The model and serial number are located on a black and white or black and silver sticker attached to the silver engine block.
I assume this is the newer VR version of the lens...I went through this same ordeal! For some reason, Nikon decided to "hide" the serial number on this lens...it's not just you, Dave. Enjoy your new lens!
In addition to my 105 Micro, some of my other at least midrange to higher end lenses like my 80-200(push-pull D, no tripod mount), 180mm 2.8, and 300mm f/4 all have it there. I'm not wild about it since that's actually a part that's reasonably easy to change. Those are just the ones I've checked-I wouldn't be surprised if it's not the case on most if not all of them.
As a rule of thumb, for any Nikon AF lens with an aperture ring , the first place I would look for the serial number is on the aperture ring, 180 degrees off where the f5.6 marking is. That includes AF, AF-D, and AF-S lenses, with an aperture ring. Of course, there are exceptions. I just checked my 300mm/f2.8 AF-S, first generation from 1996. That lens has an aperture ring, but the serial number is on a metal plate on the barrel.
We have a few serial numbers on our devices. Box serial numbers, headset serial numbers, and controller serial numbers. The community responses above have been spot on. For physical locations please look below:

Moving them in the master slide is the correct way. You need to apply the slide layout again for the single slides after changing the presentation objects position or size. In case you cannot move the page number element on the master page, please look in its Position&Size properties, whether the position is looked. Do you use an own master or one which comes with LibreOffice?
Which template do you use? Which version of LibreOffice do you use? To move the position of the page number, you have to move its presentation object. Select the dotted frame border and move this frame rectangle.
A premises identification number (PIN) or location identifier (LID) is a unique code that is permanently assigned to a single physical location. A PIN or LID allows animal health officials to quickly and precisely identify where animals are in the event of an animal health or food safety emergency.
Newer boats have a rectangular, raised ridge around the serial number to make it easier to find. Rubbing a small amount of graphite or soil into the serial number engraving may make it easier to read. Each serial number follows one of the following patterns:
