With the announced retirement of @Phrynohyas_Tig-Rah and his fabulous EVE-O tool I will be stepping in to maintain the existing tool and continue future development. While it is sad to see a legend like this fall I would like focus on the positives that a fresh set of eyes brings to the project.
The purpose of this tool is to provide a simple way to keep an eye on several simultaneously running EVE Online clients and to easily switch between them. While running it shows a set of live thumbnails for each of the active EVE Online clients. These thumbnails allow fast switch to the corresponding EVE Online client either using mouse or configurable hotkeys.
If you have find out that some of the features or their combination of EVE-O Preview might cause
actions that can be considered as breaking EULA or ToS of EVE Online you should consider them as a bug and immediately notify the Developer ( Aura Asuna ) via in-game mail.
I am having an issue with hotkeys. When I have hot keys assigned it will not force the new active client to the front of the stack unless I have minimize client on. Then if I do have minimalize client on every few switches show my desktop and not the next client.
What exactly are the limitations for this? For example, I have bound a client to the F11 key, which worked without trouble when I just cleared the (default) F11 key binding. On the other hand F12 (default key help), does not react at all when a client is bound to it.
I feel like the issue you might be experiencing here is not so much a conflict with Eve hotkey, but a more generic conflict with windows hotkeys. e.g. F12 is generally used to access help menus and so if you try to register this hotkey with windows it may not allow it. e.g. If you try to register Ctrl + C then theres a conflict with a more generally use copy command.
I see ppl using eve o preview and having real live preview showed for all the clients in thumbnails like here EVE Online - Manticore/Hawk 300mil/h T4 Abyss - YouTube
For me when I switch from one client, thumbnail for other client goes still, becomes just a still picture not live preview, I only se live preview in the thumbnail for the active client - any idea how to fix it?
Even before a local deployment of EMQX, you can also leverage the free online public MQTT broker and MQTT client tools provided by EMQ as verification tools for quick testing of the MQTT messaging services and application development.
MQTTX Desktop is a cross-platform MQTT desktop client tool. It provides users with an easy-to-use graphic interface to allow users to quickly create, test MQTT connections, and publish/subscribe MQTT messages.
After the successful connection, type the topic heading test in the text box and compose the message as shown in the screenshot. Click the send button. A message under the topic test appears in the dialogue box.
Click + -> New Connection from the Connections pane to create another new connection as a client that receives messages. Set the name to Subscriber and leave other general connection configurations the same as that of the client Demo.
MQTTX CLI is an open-source MQTT 5.0 command line tool provided by EMQ. It is an MQTTX tool running on the command line tool so users can test and debug MQTT services and applications with no need for a graphic interface.
After successful execution, the command line will establish the connection, publish the message and then disconnect from the broker, and the command line window in step 2 will print the following message:
MQTTX Web is a browser-based MQTT 5.0 WebSocket client tool. You can use it to complete the development and debugging via MQTT over WebSocket, with no need to download or install any tools. The testing operations using the MQTTX Web is basically the same as using the MQTTX Client.
EMQX Dashboard provides a WebSocket client as a quick and highly effective MQTT test tool. With this MQTT over WebSocket, you can test connecting to EMQX, subscribing to topics, and publishing messages.
Click the Publish button, and one record will be added to the Published section below. The message will be routed to all subscribers. As the publisher is also the receiver in this test, one new record will also be added to the Received section below.
Client SDK 5 is fully supported for production environments, and offers the samecomponents and level of support as Client SDK 3, with the exception of support for CNG and KSP providers. Formore information, see Client SDK component comparison.
Client SDK 5.9.0 improves stability and includes bug fixes for all SDKs. An optimization has been made for all SDKs to inform applications of operation failure immediately when an HSM is determined unavailable. This release includes performance enhancements for JCE.
To upgrade Client SDK 3 on Linux platforms, you must use a batch command thatupgrades the client daemon and all the libraries at the same time. For moreinformation about upgrade, see Client SDK 3 Upgrade.
Client SDK 3 and its related command line tools (Key Management Utility and CloudHSM Management Utility) are only available in the HSM type hsm1.medium. See AWS CloudHSM cluster modes and HSM types for details.
AWS CloudHSM supports 64-bit versions of Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2, WindowsServer 2016, and Windows Server 2019. The AWS CloudHSM 3.4.4 client softwarefor Windows Server includes the required CNG and KSP providers. For details, seeInstall andConfigure the AWS CloudHSM Client (Windows). Download the latestversion (3.4.4) software for Windows Server:
Versions 5.8.0 and earlier are deprecated. We do not recommend using deprecated releases inproduction workloads. We do not provide backwards compatible updates for deprecatedreleases, nor do we host deprecated releases for download. If you experience productionimpact while using deprecated releases, you must upgrade to obtain software fixes.
Version 5.8.0 introduces quorum authentication for CloudHSM CLI, SSL/TLS offload with JSSE, multi-slot support for PKCS #11, multi-cluster/multi-user support for JCE, key extraction with JCE, supported keyFactory for JCE, new retry configurations for non-terminal return codes, and includes improved stability and bug fixes for all SDKs.
Version 5.7.0 introduces CloudHSM CLI and includes a new cipher-based message authentication code (CMAC) algorithm. This release adds ARM architecture on Amazon Linux 2. JCE provider Javadocs are now available for AWS CloudHSM.
Version 5.5.0 adds support for OpenJDK 11, Keytool and Jarsigner integration, and additional mechanisms to the JCE provider. Resolves a known issue regarding a KeyGenerator class incorrectly interpreting key size parameter as number of bytes instead of bits.
Added a standalone version of CMU for use with Client SDK 5 or Client SDK 3.This is the same version of CMU included with the client daemon of version3.3.0, and now you can download CMU without downloading the client daemon.
A new requirement for upgrade: the version of your client must match the versionof any software libraries you are using. To upgrade, you must use a batch commandthat upgrades the client and all the libraries at the same time. For moreinformation, see Client SDK 3 Upgrade.
BREAKING CHANGE: To address an issue with JavaCryptography Extension (JCE) compliance, AES wrap and unwrap now properly usethe AESWrap algorithm instead of the AES algorithm. This meansCipher.WRAP_MODE and Cipher.UNWRAP_MODE no longersucceed for AES/ECB and AES/CBC mechanisms.
To upgrade to client version 3.1.0, you must update your code. If you haveexisting wrapped keys, you must pay particular attention to the mechanism youuse to unwrap and how IV defaults have changed. If you wrapped keys with clientversion 3.0.0 or earlier, then in 3.1.1 you must use AESWrap/ECB/PKCS5Padding tounwrap your existing keys. For more information, see AES Key Wrapping.

NCache 5.3 SP4 release focuses on extending platform support and boosting performance to provide a more robust and efficient caching solution. Future updates will continue to expand compatibility and feature sets.
Significant performance improvements have been made to the event notification system. These optimizations reduce latency and increase throughput for event notifications, enhancing the overall responsiveness and scalability of NCache in high-transaction environments.
In NCache 5.3 SP3, a significant advancement has been made in server-side code execution with the introduction of the NCache Execution Service. This service represents a unified execution model that has been implemented in both the Java and .NET editions of NCache.
For the Java edition, this separate execution process, the NCache Execution Service, is responsible for running server-side user code, including Cache Loader, Refresher, Readthrough, and Writethrough operations. This change streamlines the execution of server-side code, ensuring efficient and consistent operation across the Java platform.
In the .NET edition, the NCache Execution Service has been similarly adapted but is specifically designated for the Cache Loader and Refresher code execution. This enhancement in the .NET edition aligns with the execution model's overall objective to optimize and standardize server-side code execution processes.
The Java client cache architecture has been synchronized with the .NET client cache architecture. This synchronization includes the implementation of Readthrough and Writethrough mechanisms in the Java client cache, as well as enhanced synchronization between L1 and L2 caches. This alignment ensures consistency and efficiency across different platforms.
The NCache Management Center sees notable improvements, including the ability to download log files. This new feature adds a layer of convenience for users managing cache servers. Additionally, the capability to start, stop, and restart services for NCache Service, NCache Execution Service and NCache Bridge Service has been added, enhancing administrative control and flexibility.
