Patient Specific Velocity Profile

Dear all,

I am currently using Crimson software as part of my thesis work. At this stage, I am attempting to run a simulation using a patient-specific velocity profile. While the PC-MRI feature for velocity mapping is incredibly helpful, I am working with 4D flow MRI data, which I understand is currently not compatible with this feature based on previous discussions in this group.

I wanted to ask if there have been any updates to this feature or if there are alternative tools or workflows within Crimson (or external) that could assist in processing 4D flow MRI data for use in simulations.
