Hello,
I am experiencing an issue while using Crimson. I performed the segmentation of a patient, but the software crashes as soon as I try to open the .mitk file. I have repeated the segmentation several times, but the file consistently crashes upon opening. Is there an explanation for this behavior?
In addition, I performed the segmentation of another patient and was able to complete the blend step successfully the first time. However, when I tried to further refine the segmentation afterward, I am now unable to perform the blend, and I receive the following error message (file).
Is there also an explanation for this issue?
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards,
Garance Martin
Hello
Would you mind sharing the mitk file?
Also, the blending operation is very sensitive to the curvature of the 2 vessels that you are trying to blend together. A single parameter (the blend radius) must accommodate the curvatures from 2 different vessels as they come together, this is not always possible.
Again, if you share your mitk file we might be able to help.
