Dear All,

USM-Flood Light Soft Ball Cricket Tournament 2014 have been successfully completed with the untiring efforts of our sports office staff and student volunteers from USM engineering campus and main campus. I am also very much thankful to the visiting teams from universities as well as from private companies for showing gentleman attitude during the game and helped us to implement the rule of game set by the USM organizing committee. Hope all the teams have enjoyed the fair rules and unbiased umpiring and scoring during the tournament. I am appreciating the honesty and judgement of our umpires Mr. Ashfaq Ahmad (PhD student in Pharmacy), Mr. Ashutosh Kr. Verma (Master student in Pharmacy) and scorer Dr. Rafatullah Lari.

I am very much thankful to the Dean IPS, Prof. Othman Sulaiman for managing time in his busy schedule to join us in opening ceremony. In last but not least, I must thank Mr Adel Tajasom, president of USM student Ambassadors for his support and presence during the tournament.

Hope all the teams have enjoyed this tournament.
