Dear Team members and Sport Officials,

Good morning. Hope everyone is doing well. Currently I am very busy with my MSc research work plus thesis writing that I cannot manage any time for cricket. That is why I am resigning from the USM cricket team captain post right now to concentrate better on my studies and research work.

Dear team members, I would like to request you to gather for a team meeting and decide the future steps of USM cricket team and related matters. I also put a request to USM sports department to appoint Mr. Danish as a interim coach/manager for the betterment of the team. Feel free to discuss these matters in the upcoming team meeting.

Finally, It has been a distinct honor and privilege to assume the captaincy of USM cricket team. A copy of my resignation letter is attached in this email. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused, your positive support is very much appreciated.

With Best Regards

Muhammad Hassan Bin Afzal (Team Captain from February, 2012 to September 2012)

W.Salam

Dear Enick NasruLLAH,

I would Like to talk on behalf of our Ex-Capt. M.Hassan. To the best of my knowledge, Mr Hassan is not available here in Malaysia due to some family commitments, So possibly if we can promote haroon bhai as captain if he agrees, then we shall have a leader to follow. Else we have other options in the form of Danish bhai and Zubair Bhai if they are still around here and willing to take over. Further if we can fix date and time of the meeting after 19th Okto, it would best suit to my comfort because i have to appear for  viva on 19th this month. Thank you and hope to hear from You. Many Thanks

Haroon Khalid is the best option for leading the team, I agreed with Ubaidullah, as a deputy captain he can take Rafique Kakar form engineering campus. But to unite our team and to encourage the teams spirit, I think we have to organize some matches before the tournament as a part of preparation.
Captain will come and go, its part of procedure but the USM cricket team must go ahead.

With best wishes,
Danish

I agree that Br Haroon would be ideal for captaincy considering his experience on field and off field. Rafiq Kakar can be vice captain as suggested by danish. He is a good player and will be here in USM for another few years. Considering the team future, i think they are the best choices.
