Notice of the Annual General Meeting for the year 2016-17 on 1st July-2017 7p.m

Dear Member,

We are pleased to notify you the holding of KIA Annual General Meeting for the year 2016-17 Saturday, 1st July-2017 at 07.00 PM at venue will annouce shortly.

 

The Agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

1. Report on the various KIA activities held since last AGM by the General Secretary
2. Financial Report for the year ended 30th June, 2017 by the Treasurer.
3. Adoption of minutes of the last AGM held in 2016-17.
4. Adoption of the audited accounts for the year ended 30th JUNE,2017.
5. Election of the new Executive Committee for 2017-18.
   
6. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.

Other Activities:

1. Tambola  attractions

1.    FULL HOUSE       N20,000/-

2.    2^nd FULL HOUSE N10,000/-

3.    3^rd FULL HOUSE  N5,000/-

2. Dinner

 

We will commence the programme with Tambola at sharp 7.00 PM followed by the AGM agenda before we proceed with dinner.

 

Enclosed please find nomination form for the office of the Executive Committee for submission on or before 7.00 PM of 29th of June,2017 to the Returning Officer Mr. Alex Mathew sir.

 

All the members are requested to kindly attend the AGM with their family members. As it is a formal event, we request you not to bring any Guests along.

 

Please be at the venue at 7.00 P.M. prompt to enable hold and conclude the AGM on time.
