Rants about Case's

Here is my feelings about Case's Ladder:

Personally i think the Ladder is Ok but can use some new faces in the
Management Position.I Don't understand there way of thinking when they
have Ladder Managers who Don't really understand the game.So they
should not be in charge of a ladder that they don't understand.

I also think that they should be alot stricter on How things are
Handled in e-mail complaints.The warning do nothing but make the
person/persons involved Create more Havic.The Management show be more
involved with staying in contact with the MemberPlus Program.
