Bruce suggests that we should take advantage of the morning off tomorrow to R&R, and thus wouldn't recommend showing up to the course before 1:30/2pm.  In the meantime, sleep-in, relax, and stay off your feet and out of the sun.

And as a side-note, weight management will become tougher with the impending taper so just be mindful.
