Dear USA National Rowing Team Member,

 

As has been the case the last several years, Concept2 would like to provide each team member with $100.00 credit to be used toward the purchase of any item Concept2 provides.  Your credit will extend through June 30, 2014. 

 

Please call any of our customer service staff (800 245-5676) and indicate you are in receipt of this letter and you will be able to purchase any item with the $100.00 credit applied. We will continue, as we have in the past, to group credits together if all members of the group will send a letter requesting that to happen, or each individual in the group must send an e-mail authorizing the donation of their credit to a specified recipient.  The names and addresses provided to us by the USRA is our official record of team membership. You must be on this USRA list of team members and coaches for the 2014 season to receive the credit.  If there are any questions we must refer you to the folks in Princeton.

 

The founders and the employees of Concept2 are proud to be a patron of the U.S. Rowing and greatly appreciate the effort you put forth to represent our country. This credit is a token of our appreciation for your hard work.

Im assuming the whole 900 dollars we get wont be used for the set of sculls we raffled away. Just thinking that whatever we have left we should make sure it gets to the esther lofgren thing for ergs for the inner city philly kids. Dorian, since you're in charge I just want to make sure you know. :)

I think the top set of blades concept 2 offer with shipping is around the $800 mark.  

What i am going to need all of you to do at some point is send an email Ma...@concept2.com (ideally forwarding the message along with it) saying that you want to give the $100 voucher to me so that it is in my name. That way when Marcy (the lady who won) decides what she wants i can just do it all and then with whatever is left had them allocate that to Ester.

Otherwise trying to calculate how much is left on one voucher and who is going to give their voucher to ester will be a ball ache. 

so unless anyone has a better idea just shoot them an email passing your voucher to me and let me know when you have done so

I sent Bruce an email about making installments or something the other day and he told me that USRowing changed their minds about how they're doing the payment and we don't have to send in the check to CRI.  He told me that they're just going to take the hotel amount directly out of our refund total.

I'll email him again to confirm, but he said a note went out about it.
