PM Down: 4:00pm
PM Return: 6:15pm
PM Return Backup: 6:45pm

Tomorrow (race day):

AM Down: 6:30am
****10:35 Race****
AM Return: 11:45am
AM Return Backup: 12:15pm

PM Down: 4:00pm
PM Return: 6:15pm
PM Return Backup: 6:45pm

Both erg/spin facilities at the course are air-conditioned. Working with USRowing to seek out non-air conditioned alternatives.

can we just not go for a row in the morning before weigh in and use that as a pre race warm up / sweat?

either that or just get a  later bus to the course and do the sweating at the hotel?

We can do a sweat row says Bruce.  Sweating at the hotel is sub-optimal because of the extra de-hydrated lag time from finishing the sweating to weighing-in (>30 mins).
