LM8 Airport Transfer Addendum

Hi Margaux,

We ran into some roadblocks getting our oars out of Boston and into our connecting flight in Detroit. We are delaying travel for one member of our boat, Brendan Mulvey, who will take the same flight (Delta 159) except one day later. He will be arriving with our oars on Friday at 6:30pm and with need an airport transfer (+ oars).

We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your assistance in light of this unexpected event.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for letting me know. I will update the transport crew here. Does that affect your training plans for the 23rd?

In regards to your other questions, credentials aren't necessary until the 25th. Several members of your crew need to visit the accreditation center at the venue in order to get their cards. I have the rest of the cards myself. We can talk about all of those details when you arrive. 

If you still plan to go to the venue tomorrow, you will find the bus outside the hotel where you will be dropped off tonight.
