ISIS3 installation

i am a M.Tech student and my thesis on Themis data....that i have work with cube file. I downloaded ISIS3 and followed all direction given there but unable to open in c-shell of ubuntu.
plz help me out

you can use GDAL to convert .qub file to any format and use it in your convenient software.
