TSW-752 DISPLAY PROBLEM CAMERA IMAGES (GREEN SCREEN)

Hi everyone, thank you all for being there!

I am a neophyte and I realized the management of my house with Crestron I have found a problem for some time that I can't solve I have a TSW 750 and I made sure to view the cameras present in the house through the keys that displays them one by one. So far so good until I bought two TSW 752 and the problems started when I ask to visualize the color image so during the hours of external light I get a green image where in the background we can see the image ( I attach images) this happens only with the TSW 752and only with color images with black and white everything is ok, do any of you know what it may depend on?
